Neil Upchurch wrote, "I was an Army Lieutenant assigned to the TV Division, Production Branch of the Army Pictorial Center, March 1956 - February 1958. "I worked on many TV projects as the producer/director and as assistant director and post production editorial supervisor on the recruiting series entitled 'Get Set – Go'. The 26-show series was broadcast as a public service on 129 TV stations in the USA. "I was also assigned to present 'TV in the Army' briefings at West Point, New York, and Fort Devens, Massachusetts. I was also responsible to coordinate with the Pentagon, the assignment to APC of personnel with TV civilian acquired skills. "After honorable discharge from active duty in the Army, I worked for the Department of the Army as chief of TV Production, 1958 – 1962, Ft. Gordon, Georgia, chief of the TV Division, Ft. Eustis, Virginia, 1962 – 1968, and as chief of TV Production, Ft. Sam Houston, Texas, 1968 - 1987. "I retired from the Department of the Army in 1987." (04/06/2011)
