Wallace W. Lindsay, 94, of Honolulu, commanding officer of the Army War College's Signal Photographic Laboratory in World War II, died May 12 in Arcadia Retirement Home. He was also director of the Army Pictorial Division of European Command Headquarters, commanding officer of the Army Pictorial Center and chief of the Army Pictorial Service Division of the Office of the Chief Signal Officer. He was born in Ovid, Idaho. He is survived by wife Phyllis B. No services.
