Army Pictorial Center was operational during most of the Vietnam War, until APC closed in 1970. Its motion picture crews travelled to Vietnam to produce training and documentary films, and it used film from military photographers in Vietnam. During this era the Army operated Southeast Asia Pictorial Center, SEAPIC, at Long Binh, for motion picture coverage of the war. (Posted Jan. 22, 2005) |
