Barry Flynn wrote:  I was stationed there, from Thanksgiving Day, 1960 through most of 1961. I worked in the Television Division producing Kinescopes of training films using television. We produced the very last episode of the Big Picture*, the only one using television instead of film. We had two civilian cameramen, Ed Corsi and Lou Gerard, and the rest were all military. It was a good experience for me. In November of 1961, I was transferred to AFKN-TV, Seoul, where I became the Program Director.

*(Note from the Webmaster:  The Big Picture remained in production until the studio closed in 1970, with the episodes for the last season finished at Redstone Arsenal and released in 1971.)
