"My Dad, Sgt. Joseph O. Lyden, served with the 497th SIG CO PHOTO and learned his craft in Germany 1952 - 1955," wrote Denise (Lyden) Hodges of Tsawwassen, BC, Canada.

"Sgt. Lyden is still alive and living in an extended care facility in Wayne New Jersey.

"After returning to the states in 1955 he was assigned to New York, and then took a posting to Kagnew Station, Eritrea in 1958; 1963 - Ft.Bragg, North Carolina; 1964 - Okinawa.

"I would very much like to insure he is added to the rosters."
