Michael Guttilla wrote, "My father Anthony Guttilla worked at the APC from the late 40s until it closed. I rode to work with him while attending photography school in NYC and had breakfast with him before taking the subway to Manhattan and I appeared as an extra in one of the training films. I have many photographs and even some reels of film that he couldn’t bear to see destroyed when they closed it down." SP4 Santoro remembered working under Tony Guttilla.
